The 2009 Dalian Summer Real Estate Fair concluded with a turnover of 5.69 billion yuan at World Exposition Center in Dalian, a coastal city of northeastern China’s Liaoning Province, July 27, 2009.

    　A total of 8,427 suites of houses, 719,000 square meters building areas in all, were ordered and sold out during the four-day fair.

   　 Preferential measures including the discounts and favorable items on house purchase were offered to local households to be relocated and out-of -town buyers who were the main force at the fair.

    　The 2009 Dalian Fall Real Estate Fair will run through October 16 to 19.
